Thanks for becoming an Authorized Dealer! This package will provide all necessary information to get you started as a Cali Raised LED Dealer. 

 

The price you pay is determined by the total annual invoice amount. If you purchase more, the higher discount will be available to you. 

We review our dealers purchase history quarterly, if you would like to apply for a different tier based on your performance and goals, don't hesitate to reach out directly to discuss.

 $0-25K Per Year

• Drop Ship 20% Discount
• Stocking 25% Discount ($2,500 Minimum Order)

Gold

 $25K-$150K Per Year

• Drop Ship 25% Discount
• Stocking 33% Discount ($2,500 Minimum Order) 

 

Platinum

 $150K+ Per Year

• Drop Ship 30% Discount
• Stocking 40% Discount ($2,500 Minimum Order) 

 

 

 

How To Place an Order

 There are 3 ways to place order

• Dealer Website
• Phone 
• Email

1.) Dealer Website

To create an account please go to www.caliraiseddealer.com and select “Create Account” after you have created an account you must email dealers@caliraisedled.com with your account name and email address. From there, a representative will approve your account and send over a confirmation  email letting you know that you are good to go!

Dealers website: www.caliraisedleddealers.com. You will receive a discount code specific to your account and discount pricing. 

 

2.) Email Orders (ONLY FOR STOCKING)

Orders can be sent to dealers@caliraisedled.com. Please have the following format:

• Purchase Order # 
• Phone #
• Ship to Address
• Part # and product title
• Name, Email and phone # of the representative who placed the order. 

 

3.) Phone Orders

• Order can be called in to our dealers sales department by calling 817-756-8995. (Open Weekdays (9AM- 4:30PM)
• Phone orders must have a PO # and will be shipped to the main address we have on file. No drop shipped orders are allowed via phone.

 

 

 

Import Things to Note:

Expedited Orders:

Note: All expedited shipping costs will be added to your bill.

Orders that require expedited shipping must first:

1. Contact us at dealers@caliraisedled.com with the request at least 24 hours notice before shipping.

2. The request must include:

• Final Shipping Address.
• Time frame for expedited shipping.
• The Product(s) requested. 

3. Please follow up your email request with a phone call to 817-756-8995 and we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Please note we are in Central Standard Time (CST). 

 

Drop Ship Orders:

All Drop Ship orders must be placed via www.caliraisedleddealers.com. All dropship orders will include free shipping in the continental 48 States unless it requires freight. 

Back Orders:

We will notify you is any order will exceed 30 days for delivery. 

Warranty Request:

If you or a customer are needing a warranty on a product please email dealers@caliraisedled.com with:

 

Cancelation of Orders:

If an order is canceled after a 24 hour window or if a shipping label has been created, this will incur a 15% cancelation fee. Sliders are a not eligible for cancelation. If an order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled

Returns:

Orders can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You or your customer will be responsible for shipping and handling. 

Note: All items must be in resale condition. If item received damaged it will incur up to a 50% restocking fee. 

Terms:

Should you want to apply for a terms payment plan, we have a credit application readily available upon request. Based on the application results, you may qualify for Net 15 or Net 30 terms.

With Net Terms, only bank transfers and wire transfers are allowed for payment. We do not accept credit card purchase for net payment terms.
