If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Your Order Return Rights

You are entitled to return Your Order of Specified Products* within 30 days for any reason.

The products not eligible for return: ALL THIRD-PARTY OR "PARTNER PRODUCTS"*. 

The deadline for returning an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Approved reimbursements will be made to You  no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned approved Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Processing time for the transfer could and is likely to take longer than 14 days. Please contact your banking institution for additional information once you receive the "refund confirmation" email, keep an eye on your account to see the funds returned! 


  1. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  2. If you cancel an order you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
  3. If you return a product you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  4. Sliders are NOT eligible for return.
  5. Any Third-Party or Partner Products are not eligible for return. See more info below.*

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The following Goods cannot be returned:

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

If the returned Goods do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion, a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. 

If Goods arrive damaged, please contact us instead of completing the returns form.

Returning Goods

For third-party items we no longer accept returns, exchanges, nor will issue any refunds, for ANY third-party product, also referred to as, "a partner product".

We highly encourage you to contact us if you have questions about the product for fitment BEFORE you purchase. You may so do by calling 888-385-5036, or by starting a chat on our site. 

Third-party items are not stored in the Cali Raised LED warehouse. 
*If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [(888) 385-5036with details of the product and the defect. From there, our team will be able to assist you and proceed with the next steps. 


*NOTE - Products sent back without proper information will not be credited for a refund.


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee+ original shipping cost based on the total amount paid.


Return Process 

Returns are processed in 7-14 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

An order approved for a refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

If you’d like to exchange your items for something else, please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time. 



 If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
